Terms of Service

KulosAr is a personal journaling and reflection tool developed by Olanrewaju Oyinbooke. These terms describe use of the app and this website.

Using KulosAr

Use the app lawfully and only with information you are entitled to store or use. You do not need to create a KulosAr account. You are responsible for your device, access to your Apple Account, and the content you choose to enter or share.

Your content

Your journal and other content remain yours. We do not claim ownership of your entries, people, or personal information, and we do not receive them to operate the app. You decide what to keep, export, or erase. Our Privacy Policy explains how local processing and optional iCloud sync work.

Reflections and generated text

Insights and AI-generated drafts may be incomplete or incorrect. Review them before relying on them or sharing them. KulosAr does not provide medical diagnosis, therapy, or professional advice. Relationship observations are prompts for personal reflection, not assessments of another person.

Availability and backups

Features can vary by device, operating system, model availability, and internet or iCloud access. Optional model downloads require storage and a network connection. Keep exports or other backups of anything important. Testing versions may contain errors and may change.

Apple distribution

Apps obtained through Apple's services are also subject to the applicable Apple service terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a separate license is provided. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law or replace Apple's license agreement.

App and website materials

KulosAr's name, design, and original app and website materials belong to their respective owners. Third-party software and models remain governed by their own applicable licenses.

Stopping use and changes

You may stop using KulosAr at any time. If you want to remove synced data, use the app's erase control before uninstalling. We may update the app or these terms; material changes will be described with an updated effective date.
